COMMON QUESTIONS

Dental FAQ

DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?

At North Court Family Dentistry, we are in network with a range of insurance companies. We can provide a complimentary submission of your claim for most other insurance companies. Our goal is to simplify the process for you. All we need from you is to fill out a simple questionnaire as well as a copy of your insurance card.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

At your first appointment, we want you to feel comfortable and safe. We will spend some time getting to know you and your dental health. First, we want to know about your overall health, as many conditions can be related to dental health. Then, as recommended by the American Dental Association, we will take some x-rays, check the health of your gums, and the status of your teeth to definitively evaluate and diagnose. We want to work with you to help achieve your dreams of beautiful, healthy smile.

I DON'T HAVE INSURANCE. HOW CAN I MAKE A BEAUTIFUL, HEALTHY SMILE AFFORDABLE?

At North Court Family Dentistry, we offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and most major credit cards. We also offer CareCredit, a third-party financing institution that helps make dentistry affordable to patients by offering convenient monthly payments.

I HAVE A BROKEN TOOTH. WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?

We will evaluate the tooth by doing a clinical exam and take an x-ray. Depending on the severity of the diagnosis, we will do our best to provide you with treatment that day. Utilizing the highest level of technology, we offer same-day crowns to restore the health and function of the broken tooth.

I AM REALLY NERVOUS ABOUT GOING TO THE DENTIST. WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?

We strive to make dentistry as comfortable and gentle as possible. We want to know all about your fears and anxieties to help alleviate your worry. There is no need to be embarrassed. Dental procedures have improved greatly, allowing a more enjoyable experience for the patient.
